Following the direction of the Public Health Agency of Canada, we continue to introduce new safety measures to help contain the spread of COVID-19. Until further notice, these safety measures will include:
- As a delivery business, we are able to maintain safe physical distancing from our clients. If for any reason we are not able to maintain the recommended distance, masks will be worn by staff.
- Masks are worn during VIP Grocery Deliveries when we're in your home or rental unit.
- To help minimize points of close contact, we request that you provide payment for your delivery online via the secure link on our invoice or via e-transfer. If you prefer to provide credit card particulars over the phone, you can contact Jodi directly at 250-318-1365.
- Cash payments will still be accepted, though we request that you put cash into an envelope or something similar so that we can maintain social distancing.
- Where possible, we will drop off bins and bags at your door and leave them with you to unpack.
- Once empty, please leave the empty bins and bags outside your door overnight.
- Empty bins and bags will be picked up the next day.
- All bins and bags are disinfected each day with a hydrogen peroxide based cleaner (the same brand used by hospitals in BC).
- Surfaces such as cell phones, door handles, steering wheels and electronics will be disinfected regularly.
- Regular hand washing routines are performed.
