Ordering Instructions:
You Click & Pay, We Pick Up & Deliver
GROCERY DELIVERY service from Kamloops to Sun Peaks, Whitecroft, and Heffley Lake is available for your online shopping from Save On Foods ~ Brocklehurst.
We strongly recommend allowing substitutions when placing an online order.
In-store product availability varies, however, the store often has similar products in a different brand.
~ In order to ensure adequate supplies for all customers during the winter months, please consider limiting each order to a maximum of $1000. Thank you in advance for your consideration! ~
Instructions:
- Select items for your order with Kamloops ~ Brocklehurst Save On Foods (a website link can be found below along with helpful ordering tips!). *Registering an account with Save On Foods and a More Rewards Card are required to place your order.
- Once your cart is complete, "Review your cart", adding notes under individual items, if needed.
- Select "Checkout". If you have "points" to redeem, you will be taken to the "Redeem Rewards" page. Select any that you'd like "Redeem" and Continue.
- Reserve a morning "Pickup Time" slot (up until 12:00pm) at Save On Foods ~ Brocklehurst.
- Continue to "Contact Information". In the "Order Instructions for Personal Shopper" field, add "SUN PEAKS CARGO PICK UP" along with any other relevant information for your Shopper, and select "Continue to Pay & Place Order".
- Select your payment method, click "Use this Address" under your billing address, and complete your order by selecting "Pay & Place Order"
- Forward the confirmation email you receive from Save On Foods, your phone #, contact information and delivery address to info@sunpeakscargo.com.
- Delivery times vary between 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
- On delivery, we leave our bin(s) and cooler bag(s) with you to unload. Empty bags fit inside the bins and are left outside for collection the next day.
- An invoice for our delivery fees is sent through Square with payment options once we receive your forwarded confirmation email. Payment is accepted via: cash on delivery, e-transfer, Visa, MasterCard, or Visa/MasterCard Debit. Delivery fees are set out on the applicable tab on this website.
* VIP Service is available upon request for an additional fee
*Please note: If we are required to pay for your order on pick up for any reason, payment is due at the time of or prior to delivery. A service fee for providing payment on your behalf will apply.
